1. User conduct

1.1 The content and materials available on the official ADULTOPIA (大人國) brand website (the “Site”) are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights. Without our express written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit them in any way that competes directly or indirectly with us.

1.2 Notwithstanding the above, you may download or print one copy of content from the Site, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices.

1.3 Only companies, organisations and individuals approved by the Site may link to or use its content.

1.4 We reserve the right to terminate any or all links to the Site, with or without cause.

2. Changes to the Site

The operator of the Site may change or remove any content, materials, features or other elements of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

The operator may change these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the Site, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.

6.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

6.2 Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.

The Site contains links to external sites, including XCITY, MaisonX and ticketing platforms. The operator does not guarantee their content and is not responsible for any loss arising from their use.

1. Scope

This policy explains how the official ADULTOPIA brand website (adultopiataiwan.com, the “Site”) collects, uses and protects your personal data. The Site is operated by the ADULTOPIA (大人國) team (“we”).

2. Data we collect

Partnership form: company or contact name, phone number, email address, enquiry details, and the time and page of submission.

Browsing data: we use tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect anonymous browsing data (pages visited, device type, referring site) to understand how the Site is used.

Age confirmation: your choice in the age confirmation window is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, follow up on partnerships, and improve the Site and our events. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Retention

Form data is stored in the Google cloud services we use, accessible only to the responsible staff, and deleted once the enquiry has been handled and the data is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

You may email us at any time to request access to, correction or deletion of the personal data you provided, or to ask us to stop using it.

6. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for traffic analysis. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings and still browse the main content of the Site.
